The sciatica/nerve issue is getting better... I'm taking my rehab seriously & I'm on the foam roller daily which is helping!
It did not stop me from having a good back workout 😊 I really enjoyed my time in the gym today...

I made it to the gym today!! It felt so good to do an upper body workout... I'm still having issues with my sciatica/nerve but it's slowly getting better 😊
