

I always feel different in water. Not in a dramatic “mermaid soul” way — just… quieter inside. Like my thoughts finally stop trying to talk over each other, and I can just be.
It’s weird how something as simple as floating in a pool can feel like therapy 🫧
I think we all need more of these small, calm moments
And maybe we don’t talk about them enough?
