I managed to swing by to pick up some of the documents to sort through. So much of it is unnecessary to hold on to, but some was nice to see. I don't know how much you guys know about me, but I lost my mother to cancer over five years ago now. We didn't have the *best* relationship, but it was wholesome to see her handwriting. And the way she clearly wanted to remind me how much she paid for me to be where I am now, having kept every single receipt for dancing classes to date. I miss her lots, but I will not miss the mess she's made me clean up throughout the years. This is me shredding useless memories.
