Added 2019-06-26 16:00:41 +0000 UTCUpdate. So you all know I fell down on Sunday. Injuring my right knee. Today is 3rd day ... I see hope. Some swelling has gone down. I can feel a little more movement. I go up and down being scared and hopeful. I just know I can't stay down. I need to carefully keep pushing forward. Thank you for all your love and support.
