Hubby tricked me on this leg workout. Usually squats come first after a few warm ups. Not this time. He ran me thru my entire leg workout, and completely demolished my legs. Then he says 6 sets of squats. Alternating from a normal tempo, complete ROM (range of motion), and between 15-20 reps; to a slow tempo, only the bottom 2/3 ROM and just as many reps as I can, which unfortunately was only around 8 reps. So 3 sets of each before I was allowed to be done 😩 I was completely spent, hated every single squat, but now I feel so good for getting thru it 🏋🏻‍♀️💯
