May 5. Wednesday. Keeping 1500 daily calories is pretty hard. Glycogen is no longer in my muscles that’s why I look very thin. Still a bit more than 2 weeks to keep this strange diet. Waiting for Thursday evening when I can eat lots of carbs for Saturday hard training. ( I must eat 5000-7000 calories from Thursday evening to Friday evening)
