It's an age old, natural "remedy" of cleaning and relaxing your puss! It supposedly helps with regulating periods, expelling toxins, pain relief and others. My friends gave me an herb bag to steep and try as a birthday gift. This was a really cool, fun, relaxing and overall interesting experience. And YES! I did feel a difference after and I am loving it 🤤
