Many of you know for a long time I’ve been struggling with my mental health. Depression, anxiety, postpartum after my littles… dealing with a on and off toxic relationship which also helped contribute to my decline in my mental health. It’s been a huge struggle to keep up with my content here & even keep up with any goals I’ve set for myself outside of my online work. I do want to say a huge thank you to the fans here who have supported me through my disappearances & lack in messages. I have finally started therapy & I’m really looking forward to being a new and improved version of myself. Get back into healthy routines & work this big ol booty off to get to where I want to be mentally & physically. I know this isn’t the place to have a pity party but I also like to be completely transparent and upfront about things. I do care about my fans here & appreciate the support I have received. Even when a response isn’t always there, it doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s hard to feel sexy at times when I feel completely undesirable. But I do my best with what I’m given at the time.
