I love to sleep on my side, but it comes with a cost. Here’s an easy daily stretch I use for ringing out any shoulder tension.
While improving shoulder stability and range of motion.
It’s one of my daily go to stretches for keeping the shoulders loose.

Old habits die hard.
Solidifying the right habits early on will set you up for success. Every soccer coach I’ve been with all have preached the importance to things like stretching, weight lifting and proper nourishment on a consistent basis, and I couldn’t agree more.

Post workout sweat sesh!
Starting with a jog, then ending on some light juggling to finish the day. Incorporating basic variations of cardio are obviously only going to benefit my cardiovascular system. If I can’t find time in the morning, the only other best time is after the workout! Always want full glucose reserves for a full workout 💪🏼

Lower body is super sore from this week’s workouts, so we’re using that to our advantage by testing our limits on the field. Happy to see I’m still fairly flexible when sore. So it’ll pay off when it’s the 90th minute of the game and I’m on the counter attack ! ⚽️
