I know you're all probably tired of hearing me complain about how depressed I am lol. Things are just really hard. I won't go into details but last night was very scary and I went further than I ever have before. Luckily I'm fine, and I've just been sleeping all day. I miss being even 1% happy, 1% productive.
But I took like an hour long shower today. I can't remember the last time I ever...enjoyed a hot shower. They've always been a chore. At least for the past few years. I would get in and got out asap, 5 minutes at most lmao. But it felt nice. I don't know what that means, but it's new. I hope that makes ANY sense.
I can't guarantee I'll feel better soon and after last night I really need to figure out self care, medications that work, healthy coping mechanics, just a bunch of fuckin work. Even if I have one good day I'll shoot something.
