For me, I like to do yoga in the mornings to cheer up and get in the mood for the new day, and I prefer to do more active sports like gym, mixed martial arts and swimming pool in the evenings 😜

I start each morning by planning my tasks for the day. I use 10 minutes to meditate or warm up to energise and feel good about the day. It helps keep me focused and productive throughout the day!

I've always had a hard time managing my mood, and most often I was influenced by different situations and circumstances from the outside. But now I try to manage my state of mind, sports and meditation help me a lot 😜 So I am more and more often in a positive mood and enjoy every moment!
